Concord Building Group meets our client’s needs as a General Contractor by working directly for the owner and maintaining responsibility for construction of the project from start to completion. We proactively manage each project by providing on site supervision, job site coordination, project scheduling, cost tracking and reporting, safety monitoring, and quality control continuously throughout the project. We maintain an atmosphere of open communication between the owner, design team, our subcontractors, and other related parties to ensure all team members are well informed at all times. We also work closely with all trades, vendors, and craftsman to develop project schedules that promote high quality work, emphasize safety, and ensure our projects are completed on time.
